Bulwee SRLs Sales Policy
This sales policy outlines the terms and conditions that apply to the sales of goods by Bulwee SRLs. It is designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and compliance with relevant EU laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
For our business customers, Bulwee SRLs operates with a standard payment term of 30 days from the date of the sales invoice. If payment is not received within this period, the customer will be notified and given an additional 10 working days to make the payment. Failure to comply will result in a 5% late payment fee, which must be settled within 5 working days. Continued non-payment will lead to Bulwee SRLs taking legal action to resolve the dispute.
- Return Request
Customers may return goods by submitting a return request within 30 days of receiving the goods. The return request must include:
- A completed return request form available on our website or through our customer service.
- Supporting photos of the product if the return is due to damage, inaccuracies, or other issues not specified in this policy.
- Approval and Return Process
Once the return request is reviewed and approved, the customer will receive instructions on how to return the product. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Bulwee SRLs offers a warranty on all products for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
- Shipping Options
We provide EXW (Ex Works) shipping and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) based on customer requirements. For DDP, logistics costs will be included in the product price. Alternatively, if the customer prefers to pay for shipping separately, Bulwee SRLs will manage the shipping process on their behalf.
- Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Customers will receive shipping information to monitor their shipment.
- Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for DDP will be calculated based on the selected shipping method and the destination. These costs will be displayed at checkout.
- Scope of Liability
Bulwee SRLs' liability for any product sold is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, delays in delivery, or any breach of this policy.
- Exclusion of Indirect Damages
Under no circumstances shall Bulwee SRLs be responsible for:
- Loss of Profits: Any loss of business revenue, profits, or anticipated savings.
- Loss of Business: Any loss or damage to reputation or goodwill.
- Loss of Use: Costs related to downtime or inability to use the product.
- Third-party Claims: Any claims made by third parties against the customer.
- Direct Damages
Our maximum liability for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product in question. Direct damages include, but are not limited to:
- Product Replacement or Repair Costs: Costs directly associated with repairing or replacing the defective product.

- Force Majeure
Bulwee SRLs shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, wars, civil unrest, and interruptions in supply chains.
- Legal Recourse
In case of a dispute that cannot be resolved through our standard procedures, the customer agrees that the maximum liability of Bulwee SRLs will not exceed the purchase price of the product, and any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union.
- Amendments
Bulwee SRLs reserves the right to amend this Limitation of Liability clause at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to customers via our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
This sales policy and any contractual or non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy and the European Union. This includes compliance with the following directives and regulations:
